You will not receive tickets by standard U.S. Postal Service. You will only receive emails.
PLEASE BRING EITHER EMAIL WITH YOU TO THE DEPOT IN ORDER TO CLAIM YOUR RUNAWAY FRIGHT TRAIN BOARDING PASS. YOU CAN ALSO SHOW US THE EMAILS DIRECTLY FROM YOUR PHONE – NO NEED TO PRINT.
YOU MUST EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS FOR A BOARDING PASS AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE TRAIN DEPARTURE TIME. OTHERWISE, YOUR TICKETS WILL BE SOLD TO STANDBY CUSTOMERS.
All online tickets must be claimed at the Historic Jefferson Railway Depot.
Online ticket sales are not available on day of event after 11:00 a.m. To purchase tickets on day of event, please call 866-398-2038, and press zero for a depot agent.
